1. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
To use our services, prior booking is required in person during opening hours or by phone. We prefer phone communication—please do not request appointments via message. We may not always be able to answer the phone during work, but we will call everyone back as soon as possible. Phone booking is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00.
2. ARRIVAL FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
We kindly ask everyone to arrive on time or 5 minutes early. Each treatment has a fixed time slot—there is no possibility to make up for delays. If you expect to be late, please inform us as soon as possible. If the delay is too significant and would affect the next client, we may not be able to provide the service.
3. CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT
If you wish to modify or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows others to book the time slot and avoids lost income for us. If the number of uncancelled appointments exceeds three, we will no longer be able to offer further bookings.
4. IN CASE OF ILLNESS – PLEASE RESCHEDULE
The beauty salon is for HEALTHY clients only! In case of illness, please call us—we will do our best to find a new appointment after recovery. If your child is sick, please do not bring them to the salon.
5. PETS
Pets are allowed (we have permission and a notice is displayed on the door), but not required. Please keep pets on a leash and under control at all times so they do not disturb work or other clients.
6. PAYMENT
Payment can be made in cash or by instant bank transfer. Services must be paid immediately—no credit is available, and prices are non-negotiable.
7. OTHER INFORMATION
The final price of hair coloring depends on the amount and type of materials used, hair length, density, and coloring technique. — We are not responsible for products brought in by clients. — If you are allergic to any ingredient in our products, please inform us in advance. — Please only come with children you can properly supervise—the salon is NOT a playground! — In case of negligent or intentional damage, the responsible person must cover the cost.
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AND USING OUR SERVICES, CLIENTS AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT THE RULES OF THE HOUSE POLICY! THE POLICY MAY BE MODIFIED BY THE MANAGEMENT AT ANY TIME AT THEIR DISCRETION.
